What you will do: 

• Consolidate strategic roadmaps across different initiatives and business areas.
• Support the standardization of roadmap frameworks, ensuring consistency across programs and projects.
• Structure and manage the governance cadence for strategic initiatives.
• Develop executive dashboards and reporting to support leadership decision-making.
• Act as a key interface with BT PMOs (Business Technology PMOs) to ensure alignment of initiatives and priorities.
• Monitor strategic KPIs, evaluating impact vs execution of initiatives.
• Identify overlaps, gaps, and misalignments between strategic projects and programs.
• Proactively flag potential strategic risks, ensuring early visibility and mitigation planning.

What we are looking for: 

• English – advanced / fluent.
• Experience in PMO, portfolio management, or strategic program governance.
• Experience consolidating and managing strategic roadmaps.
• Experience creating executive dashboards and reporting for leadership teams.
• Ability to work with governance structures, cadence definition, and portfolio monitoring.
• Experience monitoring KPIs and strategic performance indicators.
• Strong analytical skills to identify gaps, overlaps, and risks in strategic initiatives.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams.
• Strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have: 

• Experience working in a corporate or strategic PMO structure.
• Experience in large or global organizations.
• Experience supporting technology or digital transformation portfolios.
• Familiarity with portfolio management tools, dashboards, and executive reporting frameworks.
