What you will do:

• Serve as a Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring adherence to agile principles and practices;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while managing project timelines;
• Develop, own, and maintain the team's roadmap, aligning project goals with business objectives;
• Manage stakeholder relationships effectively, ensuring transparent communication and collaboration throughout project lifecycles;
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks while seizing opportunities for improvement;
• Support the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance team performance;
• Easily move between technical details and high-level strategic thinking, representing multiple points of view.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role, preferably within Fintech or enterprise business systems;
• BA/BS in Computer Science or relevant engineering background;
• Extensive experience in relevant roles within the software development industry;
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and hands-on experience as a Scrum Master;
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization;
• Excellent multitasking abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving;
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written;
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, team player, and flexible.

Nice to have:

• Relevant certifications such as PMP, CSM, or equivalent;
• Experience with platforms such as NetSuite, Coupa, Workday, Concur, Visual Lease, or Adaptive.
