About the Opportunity
We are hiring a Level 3 Technical Support Specialist with strong expertise in Microsoft cloud environments, focused on Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, PowerShell scripting, and workstation/server migrations to the cloud.
This role requires hands-on experience managing full Intune MDM environments and supporting enterprise-level identity, device management, and migration projects. The candidate will work directly with international clients, providing advanced troubleshooting and implementation support via remote sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 3 remote technical support to international clients via phone and video calls
- Troubleshoot and manage Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) environments
- Support hybrid identity scenarios involving Active Directory and Azure AD synchronization
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM) environments
- Manage device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application deployment through Intune
- Support workstation and server migration projects into Microsoft cloud environments
- Perform advanced troubleshooting for Windows workstations and Windows Server environments in hybrid or cloud-based setups
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, administration, and troubleshooting
- Support Microsoft 365 security and access control policies related to identity and device management
- Document cases, technical procedures, and solutions clearly and professionally
- Provide guidance and escalation support to Level 1/2 technicians when required
Mandatory Requirements
- Fluent English (mandatory) for daily communication with international clients
- Strong experience in Microsoft Intune, including full Intune MDM environment management
- Strong experience with Azure Active Directory (Azure AD)
- Proven experience supporting hybrid environments (Active Directory + Azure AD)
- Experience with workstation and server migration projects into cloud environments
- Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and administration
- Solid knowledge of Windows Server and Windows 10/11 Pro enterprise environments
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to handle complex technical escalations
- Strong communication skills, professional attitude, and customer service mindset
Nice to Have
- Experience with Azure infrastructure services (VMs, networking, storage)
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (conditional access, identity governance concepts)
- Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint integration with Intune
- Microsoft certifications such as: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, Windows Server or Security-related certifications
- Experience working in MSP environments or enterprise IT support teams
