Remote Telemarketer – Insurance Lead Generation (CST Hours)

Job Summary:
We are hiring remote telemarketers to make outbound calls, generate qualified leads, and connect prospective clients with our sales team. You’ll be offering free home and auto insurance quotes for one of the nation’s leading insurance providers.
Responsibilities:
- Make 380+ outbound calls daily
- Achieve at least 60 qualified lead transfers per month
- Confirm and record customer details before transferring calls to sales
- Accurately update lead status in the system after each call
- Attend virtual morning meetings Monday–Friday
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs
Schedule:
- Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM CST
- 1-hour unpaid lunch break
- Two 15-minute breaks
Pay:
- $4.50/hour + Commission and Bonuses
- Paid twice monthly (6th and 21st)
Qualifications:
- Advanced English (required)
- Excellent verbal communication skills and phone etiquete
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, performance-based environment
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
- Insurance experience is a plus but not required
