Casual Receptionist – Village Remedies Acupuncture Clinics
Location: Balmain & Sydney CBD, Sydney (with possible shifts at North Bondi)
Hours: Casual (shifts vary; flexibility incl. evenings and weekends)

About the Clinics:
- Group of acupuncture clinics practising in Balmain, Sydney CBD, Hobart, plus a community acupuncture clinic in North Bondi
- Well-established clinics with a supportive team environment
- Mentoring and training provided, with the intention to support the student to become a full-time practitioner after completing studies
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage phone calls, emails, and enquiries
- Maintain a welcoming and organised reception area
Bookings & Payments:
- Schedule appointments efficiently using the clinic booking system
- Process payments and handle billing enquiries accurately
- Help ensure a smooth flow of appointments
Stock Management:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels
- Order acupuncture supplies and clinic necessities
- Organise and track stock deliveries
Marketing Support:
- Assist with promoting clinic services
- Help create and distribute marketing materials
- Maintain and update social media platforms
Clinic Support & Training:
- Assist practitioners with treatments as needed
- Receive training in Chinese medicine and treatment support
Requirements:
- Receptionist or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills and experience with scheduling software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in holistic health and wellness
- Currently studying TCM / in the TCM field preferred
