What you will do:
- Lead the identification and framing of the right research questions, translating product needs into structured studies with clear proposals and timelines
- Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, recruiting and managing test participants
- Translate research findings and testing results into actionable design recommendations
- Identify and apply new UX Research trends and methodologies in an enterprise environment
- Collaborate daily with designers, Product Owners and developers in a fast-paced agile environment
- Apply different research methods based on the situation: data collection, one-on-one user interviews, surveys, prototyping and usability testing
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Solid experience in user experience research for software, web and/or mobile applications
- Experience with research and prototyping tools: Maze, UserTesting, Qualtrics, Figma
- Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional product teams
- Experience with HCM, B2B or similarly complex products
- Familiarity with AI tools applied to research and prototyping (e.g. VS Code/Claude)
- Effective and engaging written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working across cross-functional roles: UX Designer, Product Owner and Developer
Nice to have:
- Advanced degree in Human Computer Interaction, User Experience or a related discipline
- Experience leveraging AI for writing, analysis or research workflows
- Background in enterprise or highly complex B2B product environments
