You’ll be responsible for consultative sales of residential cleaning services for clients across the United States, handling both one-time and recurring contracts via phone calls, video meetings, and messages. We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and highly communicative person who loves achieving goals and growing with the company.
Responsibilities:
- Handle and convert incoming leads from our website, social media, and ads
- Actively prospect old clients and cold leads from our database
- Send estimates and manage follow-ups through our CRM (Housecall Pro)
- Conduct calls, send messages, and present service packages
- Meet weekly targets for conversions and recurring clients
- Focus on selling monthly or biweekly cleaning packages
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) advanced or native level
- Proven experience in B2C consultative sales or customer service in English
- Reliable computer and stable internet connection for remote work
- Strong organization, goal-oriented mindset, and excellent communication skills
- Availability to work during U.S. business hours (Eastern Time)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CRMs (Housecall Pro, Pipedrive, etc.)
- Knowledge of the cleaning, organizing, or residential services industry
- Experience handling international leads or the U.S. market
