Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and talented video editor to join our creative team. In this role, you will craft compelling visual stories by editing video content that aligns with our clients’ brand visions. Your expertise in post-production techniques, motion graphics, and video production will help elevate our content and captivate audiences across various platforms. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a range of projects, from promotional videos to social media content, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Comfortable with Photoshop and Illustrator when needed for assets, compositing, or motion support
- Solid understanding of editing fundamentals: pacing, rhythm, sound design, colour, and composition
- Advanced experience with AI video tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo 3 (Google), Nano Banana AI, and other emerging platforms
- Ability to integrate AI into real production workflows, not just experimentation, but strategic implementation
- Constantly updated on new AI tools, generative video workflows, captioning systems, automation, and motion trends
- Strong aesthetic judgment and visual storytelling ability
- Understanding of photography, lighting, framing, and cinematic language
- Knows how to create premium, intentional content
- Brings ideas, references, and creative direction, not just execution

Responsibilities
- Edit raw footage into polished videos using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and Avid.
- Enhance videos with motion graphics, visual effects, and color correction utilizing Adobe After Effects and DaVinci.
- Incorporate sound design, music, and voiceovers to create engaging multimedia content.
- Collaborate with creative teams to understand project goals and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
- Manage and organize media assets using Adobe Bridge, Adobe Lightroom, Capture One, and content management systems.
- Perform photo editing and manipulation using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign for integrated multimedia projects.
- Maintain a consistent style across all content while exploring innovative techniques in 2D/3D animation and typography.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in video editing with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), Final Cut Pro, DaVinci, Avid Media Composer, Maya, Cinema 4D, and other relevant tools.
- Skilled in post-production processes, including color grading, sound editing, motion graphics, and visual effects.
- Knowledge of photography principles and videography techniques for capturing high-quality footage.
- Familiarity with FTP protocols for file transfer and content management systems for organizing digital assets.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills.
