• Desenvolver e evoluir soluções de chatbot e possíveis extensões para voice commerce
• Estruturar, configurar e evoluir fluxos no IBM Watson Assistant
• Configurar intenções, entidades e regras conversacionais
• Trabalhar com Dialog, Slots, Digressões, Multiple Responses, Patterns (regex) e desambiguação
• Integrar o assistente a APIs REST utilizando NodeJS
• Realizar testes, simulações e validações de fluxos conversacionais e integrações técnicas
• Interpretar logs do Watson para troubleshooting
• Atuar como interface técnica entre cliente e equipes internas
• Documentar evoluções e elaborar relatórios de implantação

• Experiência com IBM Watson Assistant (estruturação de fluxos e configuração conversacional)
• Experiência com integração de APIs REST
• Conhecimento em NodeJS para backend
• Capacidade de realizar troubleshooting e análise de logs
• Experiência com testes e validação de integrações
• Boa comunicação para atuação como interface técnica
• Vivência em ambiente ágil
