We are looking for a skilled, professional technician to join our growing team.
The Role
As our Weekend Intake Coordinator, you are the first point of contact for families seeking help for their loved ones. Your primary goal is to provide a warm, professional first impression, qualify incoming leads, and schedule home assessment appointments for our field team. This is a high-responsiveness role that requires excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Inbound Call Management: Answer all incoming calls promptly during weekend business hours.
- Lead Qualification: Use a provided script and discovery questions to identify customer needs and determine if they are a fit for our services.
- Appointment Setting: Coordinate with our field team’s calendar to book in-home assessments using our scheduling software.
- CRM Documentation: Accurately log call notes, customer contact details, and lead status in our CRM (Pipedrive/Jobber).
- Proactive Follow-Up: Monitor the dashboard for any missed calls or web inquiries and return them within minutes.
Qualifications
- English Fluency: Must have exceptional verbal and written English skills. You must be able to communicate clearly and build rapport with elderly customers in the United States.
- High Responsiveness: A "speed-to-lead" mindset. You take pride in ensuring no inquiry goes unanswered.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using cloud-based phone systems (JustCall) and CRM tools.
- Reliability: Absolute commitment to the Saturday and Sunday schedule (PST).
- Empathy: A warm, patient, and professional phone presence, especially when speaking with families in stressful situations.
