Join Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) as 3rd Engineer on an offshore pipe-laying vessel in Brazil. You will be part of the engine room team, supporting safe and efficient operations for all vessel systems.
- Key responsibilities:
- Assist in operation and maintenance of main engines, auxiliaries and machinery
- Carry out routine checks, inspections and record-keeping in the engine room
- Support troubleshooting and repairs under guidance of senior engineers
- Monitor fuel, lube oil, cooling and other critical systems
- Follow company safety procedures and participate in drills
- Work closely with deck and engine teams to support offshore pipe-laying operations
- Requirements:
- Valid 3rd Engineer CoC, meeting STCW requirements
- Previous experience as 3/E, preferably on offshore or similar vessels
- Up-to-date STCW safety courses and valid medical certificate
- Good English communication skills
- Strong safety mindset and ability to work in a multinational crew
