Your role
  • Teams Leadership: To engage, motivate, give directions, prioritize, inform, build the best team, integrated, synergic to deliver the best solutions and wins for the client. Comunicate strategies and results to the global/regional stakeholders.
  • Strategy & Action Plan: To create annual global business strategy, aligned with mkt, evaluation, CMI, global, client's teams. To updated and follow up all Action Plan defined monthly.
  • Customer Intimacy: Define a Plan to be covered during the year/stakeholders/ per initiative – sourcing, projects, portfolio management
  • New Business: Project Management: Reactive Projects, “Exclusivity” and Library for main brands. Keep our Avant-Gard Fragrance House Image in Marketing and Evaluation: Innovation Pipeline, Perfumers, Latest Launches, Trend Walks, Innovation Day
  • Portfolio Management: High Service Level in OTIF, (CS and Planning), Samples Delivery, Quality. S&OP Management: Monthly calls to manage forecast CX Management, Budget and Forecast and Lead profit protection actions.
  • Sourcing Activities: Help Core List process and negotiations.
  • Negotiate Price increase, payment terms and other punctual necessities, approval with Client Leader. Profit: PUP analysis, RMC Management and CPC

About you


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred);

  • Strong international exposure preferred;

  • Fluency in English and Spanish are required;

  • Solid experience in B2B sales experience within Fine Fragrance, aroma chemicals, or fragrance creation houses;

  • Proven track record managing global or regional key accounts (brands, contract manufacturers, or private label players);

  • Demonstrated success delivering revenue growth, margin expansion, and long sales-cycle deal closure;

  • Deep understanding of:

    • Fragrance development process

    • Brand positioning in prestige segment

    • Go-to-market dynamics in perfumery

  • Experience working cross-functionally with perfumers, evaluators, marketing, and technical teams.
