Account Executive Enterprise
We're looking for a talented and passionate Senior Account Executive, to join Certta's Latin America Team.
As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for bringing revenue growth for the company. You will be tasked with developing and executing a sales strategy that focuses on driving new enterprise business through outbound, networking and demand generation.
What you'll do
Act in the capacity of a Senior Account Executive.
Own and meet/exceed annual sales targets.
Be a hustler and a hunter, not waiting for the good leads coming from Marketing.
Research prospects within allocated sectors to create a prospect pipeline.
Manage prospecting process using appropriate sales tools (Linkedin Premium, referrals, personal networks, etc).
Complete understanding on how to make a deep Discovery, how to Create Value, how to navigate between departments to validate a solution and strategic pricing negotiation.
Deep knowledge on Enterprise sales methods: MEDDICC, SPIN, SPICED, SANDLER, Challenger, among others.
Partner with customers to understand their business needs, pain points and objectives.
Effectively communicate the Certta value proposition through discussions, proposals and presentations.
Recording detailed information and creating reporting through use of the CRM (Salesforce).
Provide reporting and metrics management and regular communication across all internal stakeholders.
Gain feedback throughout the sales cycle and share with the wider team. Pipe review mindset.
Engage with marketing and other stakeholders as appropriate to ensure continuous improvement to the process.
Work effectively with cross functional stakeholders to deliver the above.
What you'll need
Upwards of 5+ years of experience in selling to large enterprises in a SaaS B2B environment, preferred in the Fraud Prevention/Identity/AML industry.
Upwards of 5+ years of experience with the hunting process. This position doesn’t apply for “Farmer” type of applicants.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Great/Strong network to open strategic doors in Enterprise Companies, preferred with their Fraud Prevention/AML/Identity leaders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Team player.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute a sales strategy.
Deep understanding of the sales process and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
More about you
Advanced/Fluent English is required. Spanish is a plus (and may be used in a short term).
Experienced to work in a fast-paced environment; self-driven and highly motivated to excel.
Strong negotiation skills.
Good understanding of Fraud Prevention vertical.
Good understanding of business (how to make the client successful).
