Account Manager - Food Safety

As a Senior Project Manager , you will play a pivotal role in managing high-impact and complex projects from initiation through completion. You will serve as a strategic advisor to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met with excellence while driving continuous improvement and innovation. This role requires a seasoned professional with strong leadership capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering client value.

• Responsibilities: Lead strategic client relationships by serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring delivery of high-value solutions.

• Drive project execution by managing complex, multi-phase initiatives from planning through completion with a focus on quality, budget, and timelines.

• Align cross-functional teams by collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions.

• Resolve escalated issues by coordinating swift, effective responses and implementing long-term improvements.

• Enhance client experience by monitoring satisfaction metrics and driving continuous service improvements.

• Mentor project teams by guiding junior managers and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

• Promote innovation by identifying opportunities to evolve project delivery models and improve operational efficiency.

• Qualifications: Proven experience in project management or client success, with a proven track record of managing complex client engagements.

• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

• Advanced English, intermediated Spanish.

• Bachelor’s degree in Food production related areas

• Desirable GFSI and Food Safety knowledge
