With operations in LATAM since 2014, Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) has been accelerating growth and establishing its leadership as an independent omnichannel platform in the region, servicing leading global and local clients across CTV, online video, display, audio, and DOOH.
An Account Manager, Platforms, LATAM at Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) plays a key role in ensuring the overall success of a defined book of business of publisher accounts. The Account Manager, Platforms, LATAM is responsible for ensuring Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) exceeds our publisher’s expectations in delivering on value propositions: growth, transparency, and efficiency.
In this role you will:
- Manage and grow relationships with publishers and buyers (agencies, advertisers, DSPs), serving as a key point of contact across supply and demand
- Support the development and execution of revenue growth initiatives across both sell-side and buy-side partnerships
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize core KPIs, including eCPM, fill rate, win rate, delivery, and spend performance
- Identify revenue and spend growth opportunities across CTV, OLV, Display and emerging formats
- Act as a strong platform resource, driving effective adoption of product capabilities and marketplace best practices
- Oversee deal setup, activation, and lifecycle management, ensuring alignment between publishers and buyers
- Troubleshoot delivery issues, targeting mismatches and technical integrations, coordinating cross-functionally as needed
- Facilitate demand by connecting buyer objectives with relevant inventory opportunities
- Contribute to business reviews and strategic discussions with data-backed insights and actionable recommendations
We’re looking for someone with:
- 2 - 4 years of experience managing internet advertising accounts (ideally, working for an ad network or large web publisher)
- A strong understanding of internet advertising (account set up, inventory and tag management, click reconciliation), and also programmatic, is a must
- Who has fluency in Portuguese; spoken English and Spanish are a plus
- A self-starter with a demonstrated track record of executing a project through to successful completion
- Outstanding computer skills, including strong proficiency in productivity software, data analysis tools, presentation platforms, and CRM systems
- A Bachelor's degree
