About the Role
We're looking for a dynamic, passionate Account Manager with an understanding of digital advertising to join our growing Scaled Business Sales team in Sao Paulo. You will be a crucial member of a growing team that will partner with SMB advertisers in a one-to-many structure with the goal of nurturing, retaining and growing accounts. You will develop newly acquired advertisers alongside long-term client relationships with a focus on driving revenue, advertiser education & satisfaction from campaign performance success, analysis and new strategic opportunities. Success in this position requires a focus on opportunity identification, client service, the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment, and the ability to help shape and sell scalable solutions to grow and support SMB customers.

Responsibilities
  • Raise the bar: Be results focused, grow revenue, educate and lead strategic conversations with SMB clients. Spot opportunities to drive scalable impact via compelling sales propositions that can be pitched en masse with minimal customization.
  • Make your own discoveries: Grow a deep understanding of Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)'s products, processes and tools, adapting to diverse client needs and objectives. Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve client issues.
  • Assume ownership: Bring a passion for helping businesses achieve results, partnering with small and medium sized clients to optimize and improve the performance of their Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) campaigns and identify programmatic ways to do this at scale. Understand their business objectives and determine the right course of action with a view to helping them grow their business.
  • Deliver value at scale: Use scalable tools, data, and insights to prioritize and plan your client engagement strategy across a wide book of business. Tapping into your industry knowledge, sales experience, and product expertise, determine what engagement level (light touch to in-depth relationship building) is required to meet client needs.
  • Embrace change as an opportunity: You will have a growth mindset: learning if you don't understand, accepting challenges, growing through failure; viewing uncertainty as an opportunity to thrive.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
  • Years of full-time sales, account management or agency experience, managing clients at scale;
  • Experience in managing Cross Boarder and International Sellers;
  • Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem;
  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals with a large book of business.
  • High written and oral proficiency in Portuguese and English is required due to frequent communications with stakeholders based in Portuguese-and-English-speaking markets;
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience of self-serve platform, auction, or programmatic ad products is a plus;
  • Passionate about Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up;
  • Creative, out-of-the box thinking with a willingness to experiment;
  • Comfort with analyzing insights and data to find macro and micro opportunities to deliver value to client, team, and the SMB channel;
  • Critical thinking, analytical skills with an entrepreneurial and proactive mind-set;
  • Curiosity - actively self teaches and seeks input from others;
  • Team working skills, ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with a passion for making an impact.
