In this role, you will be responsible for:

Revenue:
  • Manage sales performance of rental companies portfolio, identifying opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Negotiate key account agreements that keep Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) leadership in the Brazilian market.
  • Negotiate the commission conditions to increase final revenue.
  • Negotiate specific rates for each strategic source market, based on product competitiveness and ideal commissioning.
  • Monitor car rental market share and penetration, identifying opportunities that better suit our customers' needs.
  • Monitor Web service system performance and share information that would help car rental companies minimize errors and reduce response time.
  • Monitor search “no results” deriving from lack of product availability and seek solutions to reduce no results rates.
  • Manage performance of optional services and negotiate better conditions that would improve the conversion rate, as well as increase revenue.
  • Analyze the car rental market and identify new business opportunities.
  • Represent Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) to rental companies, at tourism trade fairs, and important events.
  • Develop strategies to increase business with the Marketing and Product teams and implement commercial best practices.
Coverage:
  • Outline and map new partnerships according to Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)' expansion.
  • Ensure that the IT integrations with new partners are performed and achieved within the established deadlines and quality standards, being aware of opportunities for improvement and time-saving.
  • Ensure continuous updating of stores and vehicle groups of car rental companies in our different platforms.
  • Improve change alerts to have our records always up to date.
  • Assure registration of special offers provided by the car rental companies in the shortest possible time.
  • Pricing and Competitiveness:
  • Monitor price among our competitors in their different sales channels, including car rental companies themselves and develop actions that guarantee 100% price equality.
  • Monitor car availability and guarantee the same availability in our channels.
  • Define relevant criteria to be applied in artificial intelligence algorithms.
  • Develop, together with the financial, marketing, and product teams, actions that improve our services and make our offerings always attractive and competitive.
Scorecard and Reports:
  • Track scorecard of each car rental company portfolio, sharing information and actively working to improve the overall performance including rate parity, availability, WS performance, NPS, complaints and their SLA resolution, financial status, and commission payments.
  • Ensure that all relevant information, including performance reports, is shared with partners to assist them in their market position and strategies jointly with Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)' partnerships.

What we expect from you (experience, soft and hard skills):

  • Fluent English
  • Experience in a services company, preferably in the car rental market.
  • Bachelor’s degree completed.
  • Advanced negotiation skills in challenging situations, consistently seeking innovative and advantageous solutions for all parties involved.
  • Apply emotional intelligence in all interactions, especially in sensitive negotiations, to maintain a collaborative and constructive environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with multifunctional teams, ensuring synergy and cooperation to achieve common objectives.
  • Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities.
