- We are hiring experienced US GAAP Accounting Managers who are ready to operate as trusted finance partners to US CFOs and Controllers — owning month-end close cycles, general ledger management, financial reporting, and operational excellence.
The Opportunity
You will serve as a direct extension of a US finance team, managing full-cycle accounting and overseeing financial reporting accuracy for high-growth and mid-market US companies.

What You Will Own
- Lead and manage full month-end and year-end close under US GAAP
- Oversee journal entries, account reconciliations, and reporting packages
- Ensure financial statements are accurate and timely
- Supervise, mentor, and manage accounting team members
- Interface directly with US Controllers and CFOs
- Strengthen internal controls and reporting frameworks
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency using ERP systems
What We're Looking For
- 6–8+ years of US GAAP accounting experience
- CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification preferred
- Demonstrated leadership of month-end close cycles
- Experience managing or mentoring accounting teams
- Strong general ledger (GL) and financial reporting expertise
- Experience working directly with US-based stakeholders
- ERP experience — NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle preferred
- Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Comfortable working in US time zones (EST/CST)
