What you will do
- Plan, organize, and monitor sprints and agile schedules, ensuring alignment with team and organizational goals.
- Facilitate communication and integration across teams and stakeholders, promoting collaboration and alignment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of learning, adaptability, and process optimization.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience working on projects using agile methodologies, preferably in structured environments or PMOs.
- Hands-on experience leading or supporting agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and using project management tools.
- Scrum, Agile, or Project Management certifications are a plus.
Work model
- 100% Remote (Home Office)
- 5x2 work schedule with flexible days off.
- Standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with flexibility to support occasional evening or night shifts when required.
