Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist based in Brazil to support the financial operations of a growing U.S.-based SaaS company.
In this role, you will work closely with finance and operations teams to maintain accurate financial records, support reporting, and ensure smooth day-to-day accounting processes.
The ideal candidate has experience working with U.S. companies, strong knowledge of accounting systems, and familiarity with SaaS financial workflows and payment platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain financial records using QuickBooks.
Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations.
Monitor and reconcile Stripe payment transactions.
Support revenue tracking and financial reporting within a SaaS business model.
Work with CRM data (ideally HubSpot) to reconcile sales and payment information.
Assist with accounting processes related to U.S. LLC structures.
Identify and flag potential tax implications related to SaaS operations.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure financial data integrity.
Collaborate with internal teams to support financial planning and operational reporting.
✅ Requirements
Proven experience in accounting or financial operations.
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks.
Experience reconciling payment platforms such as Stripe.
Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
Experience performing bank reconciliations and transaction matching.
Understanding of U.S. LLC accounting considerations.
Experience working with SaaS companies is highly preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work remotely and collaborate with international teams.
Professional English communication skills.

Experience supporting U.S.-based startups or SaaS companies.
Exposure to subscription revenue accounting.
Familiarity with SaaS metrics such as MRR, ARR, and churn.
