An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team, supporting our financial operations, commercial partners, and the full order‑to‑cash cycle. In this role, you will be a key enabler of operational excellence, contributing to a seamless financial experience and ensuring that our credit and collection routines run efficiently and with high accuracy. You will be part of a dynamic environment where collaboration, analytical thinking, and strong attention to detail are essential to our success.
As part of the Accounts Receivable team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring healthy cash flow, enhancing financial reliability, and supporting business continuity by guaranteeing that all invoices, payments, reconciliations, and customer accounts are managed with consistency and precision. You will be encouraged to constantly seek improvements, anticipate risks, and collaborate closely with the commercial and finance teams to solve challenges, prevent deviations, and optimize our financial routines.
This position will be based in Jaguariúna, Brazil
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, including invoice issuance, payment posting, account reconciliation, and monitoring of outstanding balances.
- Provide high‑quality support to customers and internal stakeholders, offering clear, professional, and finance‑aligned communication.
- Analyze customer credit, support credit approvals, and ensure adherence to internal credit policies.
- Monitor due dates, follow up on open items, and ensure timely collection to protect cash flow.
- Investigate discrepancies, resolve billing issues, and coordinate corrective actions with Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer account information, including payment terms, credit limits, and registration data.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and aging analyses to support decision‑making and financial routines.
- Support internal and external audits by organizing documentation and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Experience and knowledge:
- Previous experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance Operations, or related activities within the order‑to‑cash process.
- Graduation in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related areas.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Solid analytical mindset and ability to interpret financial data and reconcile complex accounts.
- Excellent communication skills, with a professional and collaborative approach.
- Experience with digital tools and enterprise management systems (ERP/CRM), preferably in finance modules.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas, and basic analysis).
- Advanced English required.
- Spanish is a strong advantage.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with AI to support data interpretation, reporting, and automation of routine tasks as Power BI and Power Automate.
- Proactive behavior, strong problem-solving skills, and willingness to seek process improvements.
