This role will be responsible for administrative routines, procurement support, vendor coordination, and general office logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support for office activities, reception, notary, and postal services
- Support office maintenance activities and coordination with service providers
- Assist in organizing accommodation and logistics for visitors and staff
- Control office supplies, equipment, tools, and furniture inventory
- Support PPE and administrative procurement process (RFQs, supplier sourcing, PO follow-up, delivery tracking)
- Maintain procurement trackers and administrative control spreadsheets
- Support supplier database maintenance for audits and compliance
- Assist in data collection for process improvement, efficiency, and cost reduction initiatives
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations

Requirements
- College degree in any field (or ongoing)
- Administrative experience is a plus
- Good knowledge of office routines and administrative processes
- MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- English proficiency
