About the team
The Advertiser Experience team ensures that our global community is safe and empowered to create and enjoy content is a core value at Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados). The Global Monetization Integrity (MI) team plays a critical role in driving initiatives to mitigate risks in Ads and Commerce and ensuring advertiser quality on our platform.
As Advertiser Experience (AdEx) and Training Program Manager, you will act as the AdEx PoC for the regional GBS teams, providing dedicated integrity support. You will own and drive engagement with specific stakeholders, have oversight of regional specific challenges and opportunities and lead the design of solutions/approaches to address them. You will be responsible for elevating the role of AdEx from that of a service provider to a value provider.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and scalable training experiences for internal teams, external clients, and agency partners.
- Build, manage, and continuously improve global learning programs, onboarding, and client enablement initiatives.
- Maintain expertise in Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) advertising solutions and policies to educate and advise effectively.
- Curate and centralize learning content (videos, guides, playbooks, presentations) for easy access and reuse.
- Partner cross-functionally (Policy, Operations, Sales, Marketing) to align training initiatives, standardize processes, and drive improvements.
- Coordinate with Marketing on external-facing materials and develop communication strategies to promote training programs.
- Measure and report the impact of programs through data collection, analysis, and insights for senior management.
- Identify challenges, recommend solutions, and document best practices for continuous improvement.
- Improve operational metrics through educational initiatives and proactively communicate regular updates, concerns, trends, and the impact of changes to internal and external stakeholders.
- Inform, influence, and execute new strategies and tactics using sound analysis and impact metrics to support the position.
- Build strong networks across a matrixed organization to align on priorities and define premium services for key customers.
- Consult and coach sales & advertisers to achieve greater integrity results on Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) platforms.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven track record as a Learning or Training Program Manager, L&D Consultant, Learning Portfolio Manager, or Instructional Design Manager
- Proven ability to build, execute, manage, and improve programs and projects, preferably within Monetization Integrity Operations
- Strong focus on internal customers’ needs and satisfaction, with the ability to demonstrate ROI in training and use data to justify programmatic decisions
- Experience building, interpreting, and communicating performance metrics to multiple organizational levels
- Knowledge of industry learning trends, adult learning theory, and instructional design principles
- Experience visualizing and presenting key results to diverse audiences, supported by compelling data-driven narratives
- Proficiency with operational metrics such as quality, CSAT, productivity, and accuracy
