Job SummaryThe Ad Operations Specialist will be responsible for executing and managing the end-to-end lifecycle of advertising campaigns across proprietary ad platforms. This includes media plan review trafficking QA reporting and optimization for both direct IO and programmatic campaigns. Responsibilities
Review and QC media plans build orders in customer proprietary ad server
Handle creative asset submission and metadata entry
Trafficking campaigns including tag implementation targeting setup and frequency capping
Conduct thorough QA checks pre-launch and during campaign flight
Activate campaigns and monitor pacing flagging risks proactively
Generate and deliver performance reports and billing reconciliations
Collaborate with global teams and support 24*7 operations across time zones
