About the Team:
The Advertiser Experience LATAM team collectively provides support in the LATAM region to drive improvement regionally and globally. The team plays a critical role in driving initiatives to mitigate risks in Ads and Commerce, ensuring high advertising quality on our platform.
As a Program Manager in our Advertiser Experience LATAM team, you will partner directly with our clients in collaboration with the Sales team to enhance advertisers' experience on our platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in Policy, Training, and Operations to assess and optimize existing services, providing qualitative and quantitative feedback on emerging issues.
Additionally, you will develop strategic playbooks and initiatives in the LATAM region driving support each quarter and each half, driving improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with cross-functional teams, particularly our Sales function, to lead and contribute to large-scale strategic projects as well as solve ongoing operational problems at scale.
- Build strong, strategic relationships with leaders across LATAM Sales, and Integrity.
- Improve operational metrics through educational initiatives and proactively communicate regular updates, concerns, trends, and the impact of changes to internal and external stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate our broader policy approach to internal and external audiences, as required.
- Manage, coordinate, and support policy enforcement projects as needed.
- Inform, influence, and execute new strategies and tactics using sound analysis and impact metrics to support the position.
- Leverage data-informed insights to drive new products and initiatives.
- Work with data and measurement partners to identify and track key program performance indicators, ensuring the results contribute to overall company, product, customer, and community experience goals.
- Identify trends to enhance support and detection processes and improve team efficiency.
- Consult and coach sales & advertisers to achieve greater results on Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) platforms.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ years of work experience in an operations, analytics, project and program management environment.
- Demonstrated experience initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance.
- Innovative and process-oriented, experienced in taking the lead on issues with a data-driven pragmatic approach.
- Experienced in working collaboratively within a diverse team and environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven, adept at dealing with ambiguity, and experienced in working in fast-paced environments with a passion for innovation.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English is required to collaborate with global partners, including teams based in English and Spanish-speaking regions. These interactions include leading and participating in meetings that are conducted in English as well as corresponding in chat or emails.
- Experience in Trust and Safety or Advertiser Integrity for social media platforms.
- Experienced in communicating the results of analyses with senior stakeholders of multiple cross-functional teams to influence the strategy and approach.
- Experienced in ramping up a program from concept and formulating frameworks.
