Sobre a oportunidade

We are looking for an After-Sales Service Engineer to provide technical support and after-sales assistance to distributors and customers across Brazil, ensuring operational efficiency, technical problem-solving, and customer satisfaction.

This position will have strong field involvement, technical training responsibilities, and direct support for construction machinery operations.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Coordinate with local distributors, providing technical support and after-sales service

  • Diagnose technical issues in construction machinery and provide repair guidance

  • Deliver technical solutions and operational support for equipment in the field

  • Conduct technical training for distributors and customers

  • Support equipment operation and maintenance improvements

  • Perform on-site inspections and monitor equipment performance

  • Guide distributors in troubleshooting and corrective actions

  • Support continuous improvement of after-sales processes

  • Contribute to customer satisfaction and retention initiatives

Requisitos obrigatórios

  • Experience in the construction machinery or heavy equipment industry

  • Knowledge of excavator, skid steer loader, or similar equipment maintenance

  • Technical knowledge in mechanical maintenance, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • English communication skills (spoken and written)

  • Availability for frequent travel

  • Proactive, adaptable, and dynamic profile
