As an Agile Scrum Master at Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados), you will facilitate and guide development teams in implementing Agile methodologies and Scrum practices. You'll leverage your experience to remove impediments, foster team collaboration, and ensure continuous improvement in delivery processes. Your role will be crucial in helping teams deliver high-quality software efficiently while maintaining alignment with business objectives.

What You'll Do:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach team members on Agile principles and Scrum practices to enhance team performance.
• Identify and remove impediments that affect team productivity and sprint goals.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure backlog refinement and prioritization.
• Track and communicate team progress, metrics, and potential risks to stakeholders.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and self-organization.

What We Are Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in similar Agile roles.
• Experience with Agile project management tools.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to influence teams without direct authority.
• Understanding of software development processes and lifecycles.
• Advanced level of English.
