About the role

As a AI & Data you will make an impact by play a pivotal role in shaping the technology landscape within the Asset & Wealth Management domain. You will leverage your expertise to design and implement cutting-edge solutions that drive efficiency and innovation. Your contributions will directly impact on the company’s strategic goals and enhance societal value.

In this role, you will:

Lead the design and architecture of technology solutions that leverage Generative AI to optimize processes within Asset & Wealth Management; Oversee the implementation of Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) for efficient data integration and management across various platforms; Provide expert guidance in data modeling and build mapping using ODI to ensure robust and scalable data solutions; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for technology enhancements and drive innovation; Develop comprehensive strategies for integrating advanced technologies into existing systems to improve performance and reliability; Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in technology architecture and data management; Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions that align with organizational goals; Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies to recommend adoption that aligns with the company vision and objectives; Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities in using Generative AI and ODI tools effectively; Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize technology processes and deliver superior results; Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions with business operations; Implement security measures to protect data integrity and confidentiality in all technology solutions; Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

Qualifications- Possess extensive experience in Generative AI and Oracle Data Integrator, demonstrating a deep understanding of their applications in Asset & Wealth Management; Have a strong background in data modeling and build mapping using ODI, showcasing the ability to create scalable and efficient data solutions; Demonstrate proficiency in identifying and implementing technology enhancements that drive business value and innovation; Exhibit excellent analytical skills to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions; Show commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies relevant to the role; Display strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams; Have a proven track record of implementing security measures to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2 days a week in a client or Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) office in São-Paulo, SP..
