Overview
We are seeking an innovative and strategic AI & Robotics Business Partner to drive our initiatives in integrating artificial intelligence and robotics into our business processes. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration between cross-functional teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be integral in identifying opportunities to leverage AI and robotics technologies to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience, ultimately contributing to our overall growth and success.
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for AI and robotics implementation within the business
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive AI and robotics initiatives
- Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to understand technical requirements and limitations
- Facilitate training and knowledge sharing on AI and robotics applications across the organization
- Monitor market trends and advancements in AI and robotics to inform strategic decisions
- Serve as a primary liaison between business units and technology teams
- Measure and report on the impact of AI and robotics initiatives on business performance
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI, robotics, or related domains
- Demonstrated experience in business development or strategy roles
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive business decisions
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
Preferred Requirements
- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience in a leadership role within a tech-oriented company
- Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and robotics
- Experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis
- Proven track record of successful partnerships and collaborations
