1、Manage and cultivate relationships with local sellers, ensuring their seamless integration into the Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) International platform. 2、Provide technical guidance and support for sellers in integrating their systems and processes with the platform's APIs and tools. 3、Coordinate with internal teams to address sellers' technical issues, working towards swift resolutions and continuous platform improvement. 4、Develop and execute onboarding and training programs for new sellers, focusing on platform functionalities, policies, and best practices. 5、Monitor seller performance, identify areas of improvement, and implement strategies to enhance their overall platform experience and sales. 6、Stay updated on industry trends and platform updates, communicating relevant changes and enhancements to the seller community. 7、Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline seller onboarding and integration processes, reducing time-to-market and increasing efficiency.

1、Bachelor's degree in Administration or correlated. 2、Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in seller management or platform integration roles, preferably in e-commerce and marketplace. 3、Solid understanding of API integrations, web technologies, and e-commerce platforms. 4、Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 5、Proven track record in managing multiple sellers and projects simultaneously, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. 6、Strong problem-solving skills, able to identify and troubleshoot technical issues effectively. 7、Fluent in the local language and English, with the ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
