Este(a) profissional será responsável por apoiar as atividades de faturamento, controle de inadimplência e relacionamento com clientes, garantindo a eficiência dos processos de cobrança e o cumprimento dos acordos financeiros.

Responsabilidades

• Realizar emissão de notas de serviço.

• Efetuar cobranças por e-mail e acompanhamento de pagamentos.

• Realizar conciliação bancária.

• Emitir boletos, segundas vias e acordos de pagamento.

• Atualizar e manter informações de cobrança no sistema da empresa.

• Acompanhar acordos realizados e garantir o cumprimento dos pagamentos.

• Elaborar relatórios de inadimplência e controle de cobranças.

• Apoiar o time financeiro no monitoramento da carteira de clientes e status de pagamentos.

Requisitos

• Experiência mínima de 2 anos na área de cobrança ou contas a receber.

• Excel intermediário, incluindo uso de PROCV e Tabela Dinâmica.

• Leitura em inglês.

• Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.

• Organização e atenção aos detalhes.

• Bom relacionamento interpessoal.

• Capacidade de negociação e resolução de problemas.
