We are seeking a Customer Service Analyst (Contracts) to join our team.
Based in Sorocaba, Brazil, you will be responsible for managing client contracts, providing customer service, understanding client needs, offering differentiated service and support, and providing appropriate products based on their application, aiming to contribute to the sales area's customer service and support.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the development of plans, together with the management of Business Units (BU), to define goals, improve service, subsidizing and supporting decisions with information on the evolution of contracts, analyzing and monitoring the results of plans and goals for necessary adjustments, ensuring the achievement of results.
  • Conduct an analysis of all contract clauses in partnership with related areas, considering all variables: penalties, contract health, delivery deadlines, technical specifications, directing them to other competent areas, seeking to improve service and fully meet customer needs.
  • Provide customer service, clarifying doubts and organizing contractual documentation.
  • Conduct post-sales follow-up, developing a service strategy.
  • Adjust material prices according to the formula contained in the contract, verifying exchange rate fluctuations, for planning and administration.
  • Critical analysis of processes and project management, participating from the negotiation phase of new business to the delivery of supplies and financial flow.
  • Conduct internal and external meetings with customers and other Prysmian departments.
  • Analyze material returns, identifying reasons and responsibilities, informing the competent sector to make resolutions and continue the process, as well as proposing an action plan to eliminate the root cause.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on customer experience.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and motivations:
  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics and related areas. An MBA or Postgraduate degree, with experience in managing large accounts, will be considered an advantage. Proven experience in the commercial/logistics/administrative area, managing contracts and offers, or related functions, required to master the main activities of the position.
  • Analytical capacity, Excellent communication, Resilience, Multitasking, Empathy, Independent and Innovative profile, Leadership and People Management will be considered as basic skills for the evaluation.
  • Specific knowledge: SAP, BI Tools and Advanced Excel.
  • Desirable: Fluent in English and/or Spanish.
