Descrição do cargo FACILITIES ANALYST JOB DESCRIPTION / DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIES: Support for scheduling meetings, accesses, parking spaces and adequacy of workstations. Be aware of all aspects involving service providers in the area. Monitoring the cleaning service with constant checks. Support in receiving and sending correspondence from the areas. Support in taxi and coffee break requests. Monitor maintenance and repairs. Receive general maintenance WO (air conditioning, chairs, lighting, cleaning, etc.) and direct/follow with the contracted supplier and launch service orders for the vendors. Control and monitoring of services (soft and hard services). Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance. Monitor the stock of office supplies and request for replacement. Manage, specify and control the purchase of consumables, building maintenance materials, pantry supplies, hygienic and disposables supplies. Monitor the performance of the site in order to achieve the KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) and SLA's (Service Level Agreements) developed by the area. Support organization and provision of statutory renewals. Support for prospecting suppliers and service providers. Budget support. Promote innovative solutions to challenges. PREREQUISITES DETERMINED: It is desirable to be studying (or having completed) a higher education course in administration, engineering or related areas. Desirable experience with Facilities, Reception and/or Hotels. Desirable to have at least advanced English.
