The Operation teams at Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:
What will be your mission?
Responsible for ensuring that main projects and operational adjustments are carried out in accordance with the company's strategies. We want to become a complete platform, with a wide variety of services and products.

What will your day-to-day be like?
  • Support the operations of the SCD, FIDCs and Insurance, ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient internal processes.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of the credit portfolio (BNPL, personal loans, seller loans, and other products).
  • Support the management and monitor FIDC, including interfacing with the administrator, custodian, auditor, and rating agencies if needed.
  • Support reconciliation routines, ensuring database quality and mitigating operational risks.
  • Assist workstreams in high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment, with concrete and tangible deliverables.
  • Interact with teams from different areas and countries.
  • Identify and follow up on issues or anomalies in reports;

Requirements:
What you need to take on the challenge:
  • Experience in Credit Products for Consumers (BNPL, Personal Loan, Secured Credit etc.)
  • Advanced English (speaking, reading, and writing is mandatory);
  • Any Bachelor's degree. (e.g Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, and similar)
  • Advanced Excel knowledge; Basic SQL and Python would be a plus, data-driven profile.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional teams and external
stakeholders;
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
