- Preparation of management report of the results.
- Develop tools for the variety of components automotive (electrical, stamping, plastics, assembly, testing and engineering development, etc.).
- Economic analysis of project competitiveness.
- Economic validation of technical modifications.
- Search for new opportunities to reduce costs.
- Follow-up presentation and support activities
- Risk analysis of macroeconomic variables.
- Analyze part cost breakdown, confirm breakdown data on technical visits to the supplier to calculate an objective price for the part. After this calculation create an argument list to help the purchasing department reduce the cost of parts. (COST);
- Creation of an objective cost study for the part during the initial phase of the projects (Bottom up).
- Analysis of supplier quotes during the project phase (SQA).
- Propose technical product modifications and improvements to the supplier's production line.
- Analyze price evolution due to technical modifications.
- Perform comparative cost studies of Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) parts and Benchmarking.
Knowledge/Skills:
