What Will Be Your Mission?
We are looking for a professional with a solid background in accounting standards and experience in financial institution reconciliations, in compliance with Bacen requirements. This role requires a strong commitment to excellence in the monthly accounting close, as well as the ability to provide daily support to accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit operations, and treasury activities.
Job Description:
What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like:
- You will be responsible for local monthly accounting close activities, including journal entries, reporting, and the preparation and review of end-to-end reconciliations, with a strong focus on payments to financial entities and credit operations;
- Act as a bridge between local accounting principles and US GAAP;
- Perform accounting variance analysis for reporting purposes (monthly and annual), including explanations;
- Provide daily support to accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit operations, and treasury, ensuring efficient and accurate financial processes across all local operations;
- Contribute to process improvement projects;
- Apply knowledge of Bacen regulatory standards;
- Prepare statutory accounting obligations and ancillary filings (ECD);
- Serve as a key point of contact with internal and external auditors.
Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or higher education completed;
- Solid knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP accounting standards;
- Advanced English proficiency;
- Experience in outsourced accounting firms;
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
- Strong communication skills and well-developed interpersonal abilities;
- Experience with payment institutions or credit companies;
- Experience with process improvement–focused projects.
