Job Description:
What will be your mission?
This role will act as a focal point for regulatory compliance and data privacy, ensuring the company adheres to applicable laws and standards throughout project lifecycles. A significant portion of the role is dedicated to managing the Privacy Program in accordance with the LGPD (General Data Protection Law), conducting Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA), and serving as the primary liaison for data subject requests and the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
What will your day-to-day be like?
- Lead the complete data discovery phase to build the organization’s Record of Processing Activities (RoPA);
- Design and implement the foundational governance structure for privacy;
- Offer support to the legal team and other areas. Respond to internal and user privacy and egulatory inquiries;
- Perform risk analysis, identify problems, and propose solutions together with other areas;
- Perform constant updating ensuring that the company as a whole remains in compliance.
Requirements:
What you need to take on the challenge:
- Degree Required in Business Administration, law, and related areas;
- experience in Data Privacy, Compliance and related areas;
- Advanced English (speaking, reading, and writing is mandatory);
- Microsoft Word and Excel Knowledge;
- Hands-on profile, ability to think strategically;
- Data-drive profile, being capable of dealing with complex models and analysis;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional teams and external
stakeholders;
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
