Your Mission
You will be responsible for managing accounting activities and reconciliations across various operational flows, working with large data sets and ensuring accurate treatment of taxes, payables, and receivables. The role includes monitoring key financial variances, supporting reporting processes, and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders. A strong understanding of cash flow dynamics, solid accounting fundamentals, and the ability to maintain effective controls are essential. With advanced English, analytical skills, adaptability, and a continuous-improvement mindset, you will operate autonomously in a dynamic and complex environment, reporting directly to a manager.
Job Description:
What your day will look like:
- Prepare and review accounting entries across operational processes;
- Provide reports and insights to support accurate accounting activities, and manage end-to-end reconciliations;
- Perform variance analyses for reporting purposes and provide clear explanations of financial fluctuations;
- Support the maintenance of effective internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements;
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors;
- Work effectively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving business context.
Requirements:
What You Need to Take on the Challenge
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with an active CRC;
- Strong knowledge of taxes (direct and indirect);
- Experience with marketplace operations;
- IT skills including SQL and advanced Microsoft Office/Excel;
- Advanced English proficiency;
- Dynamic and adaptable profile, able to thrive in a fast-changing environment.
