What will be your mission?
This role is responsible for the end-to-end operational execution and control of the CDB product, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability of all financial information. The position plays a critical role in maintaining daily reconciliations, validation of financial data, and operational discipline, providing a stable and auditable foundation for the product.
The role works closely with Product, Business, Treasury, and Accounting teams to support the ongoing operation and evolution of the CDB product, contributing to process improvements, operational scalability, and risk reduction. As the technical reference for CDB operations, this position helps ensure the product operates efficiently today while being structurally prepared for future growth.
What will your day-to-day be like?
- CDB Operations Execution: Lead the day-to-day execution of the CDB product operations, ensuring accurate processing of applications, redemptions, maturities, and financial events;
- Financial Reconciliations & Controls: Own daily financial reconciliations for the CDB product, ensuring consistency across cash, positions, events, and operational versus accounting balances;
- Financial Information Validation: Perform independent validation of CDB financial information, including interest, rates, indexers, and related financial events;
- B3 Data Oversight: Review and validate data reported by B3, ensuring contractual alignment, accuracy, and consistency with internal records;
- Product Monitoring & Issue Resolution: Continuously monitor the CDB product, analyzing operational and financial discrepancies, driving root cause analysis, and ensuring timely resolution;
- SOPs & Operational Governance: Create, maintain, and evolve CDB SOPs and operational controls to ensure standardization, auditability, and operational resilience;
- Product Support & Evolution: Support the ongoing evolution of the CDB product by partnering with Product and Technology on operational requirements, improvements, and scalability needs;
- Technical Reference & Knowledge Ownership: Act as the technical reference for CDB operations, consolidating knowledge, supporting operational maturity, and enabling future team growth.
Requirements:
What you need to take on the challenge:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or a related field (or equivalent practical experience);
- Business-level English (written and spoken);
- Advanced level of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint);
- SQL (Experience in other programming languages is a differential);
- Proven experience in fixed income or CDB operations within a fintech, bank, or financial institution;
- Hands-on profile, ability to think strategically;
- Experience validating financial events and calculations (e.g., interest, rates, indexers);
- Experience working in cross-functional environments, partnering with Product, Technology, and Accounting
teams.
