_ About the Role_ We’re seeking a driven, sales-oriented Appointment Setter who’s hungry for success and motivated by results. This role is ideal for someone who loves connecting with people, learning new techniques, and being part of a collaborative remote team. You’ll be responsible for initiating conversations with business decision-makers, qualifying interest, and scheduling appointments for our sales team — all while working inside our virtual Zoom office for real-time collaboration and support.
Key Responsibilities: Make outbound B2B calls and set qualified appointments for the sales team Engage with potential clients to uncover needs and spark interest in Ricochet360’s solutions Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly goals Participate in ongoing coaching sessions to improve performance and skillset.
