- Maintain and update internal controls, spreadsheets, systems, and operational reports;
- Support monitoring of operational KPIs and assist in preparing performance;
- Retrieve and organize information from airlines, shipping lines, terminals, and navigation companies;
- Manage documentation for import and export processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance;
- Provide support to the operations team, contributing to continuous improvement projects and overall process efficiency.
