The Apprentice will support basic administrative and operational activities under direct supervision while participating in the company’s apprenticeship program. The purpose of this role is to provide professional development, hands-on learning, and exposure to corporate routines, in compliance with apprenticeship regulations.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with administrative tasks such as organizing documents, filing, and updating simple spreadsheets.
- Support internal service activities, directing questions and requests to the appropriate team members.
- Provide basic support to inspection and laboratory activities, such as organizing materials, assisting with sample identification, documentation, and routine non-technical tasks, always under supervision.
- Perform basic routine controls and simple checks as guided by the supervisor.
- Participate in training activities and practical learning sessions included in the Apprenticeship Program.
- Collaborate with the team in simple daily support tasks.
- Maintain a professional attitude, keep the workspace organized, and strictly follow all safety rules, procedures, and instructions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Completion of Middle School (equivalent to Fundamental Education).
- No prior experience required.

- Willingness to learn and develop new professional skills.
- Good communication and ability to work collaboratively.
- Basic organizational skills and attention to following instructions.
- Commitment to attending training sessions and ongoing development.
- Basic computer literacy is preferred (e.g., typing, email use, browsing).
- Collaborative attitude, respect for rules, and appropriate workplace behavior.Provide leadership and commitment to ongoing improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and delivery performance.
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.
