Architect – ITSM / App Engine / CSM / SPM

We are looking for an Architect with strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, App Engine, CSM, and SPM. This professional will be responsible for designing technical solutions, defining data models, creating technical documentation, supporting complex requirements, and ensuring that implementations follow architectural standards and best practices.

In your daily routine, you will:

• Design data models, tables, relationships, and security structures for ServiceNow applications.
• Create technical designs for workflows, automations, integrations, and business rules.
• Define roles, ACLs, and platform security models.
• Build and maintain Technical Design Documents (TDDs), diagrams, and architecture documentation.
• Support Business Process Consultants in validating complex technical requirements.
• Ensure Technical Consultants and Developers follow the defined technical design and architecture standards.
• Design technical solutions for CSM cases, portals, Agent Workspace, and customer journeys.
• Support proof of concepts (PoCs) for new technologies, integrations, and platform capabilities.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and guide the team on technical implementation decisions.
• Review critical code, integrations, and platform configurations.

What you'll bring to the table:

• Advanced English.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM, App Engine, CSM, and/or SPM.
• Previous experience as a Senior Developer or Senior Technical Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow data modeling, tables, relationships, and platform architecture.
• Experience designing workflows, Flow Designer automations, business rules, and integrations.
• Deep understanding of roles, ACLs, Scoped Applications, and platform security.
• Experience creating Technical Design Documents (TDDs), diagrams, and architecture documentation.
• Strong knowledge of REST, SOAP, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Solid understanding of CMDB, CSDM, and ServiceNow best practices.
• Experience reviewing code and validating technical implementations.
• ServiceNow CSA certification.
• Certifications related to ITSM, CSM, SPM, App Engine, or Architecture.
• Experience with Agent Workspace, Service Portal, UI Builder, and Knowledge Management.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and consulting environments.
• Familiarity with architecture frameworks such as C4 Model.
