Description and Requirements
Role Overview
- You will lead complex cross-functional programs to drive the global growth of Motorola’s B2B business. Your mission is to align product, GTM, and operations strategy with customer needs and corporate priorities. You will collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Channel partners to define, launch, and scale enterprise-grade solutions across regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Strategy & Planning
- Define global go-to-market plans for key B2B products (hardware, software, solutions, etc.).
- Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and pricing strategies.
- Project Leadership
- Serve as PM for strategic deployments B2B solutions to geo clients.
- Create detailed project plans with milestones, budgets, and stakeholder mapping.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Drive interlock across Product, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Support, and Legal teams.
- Evangelize and scale B2B use case for marketing, geo sales and channel partner engagement.
- Partner & Customer Engagement
- Collaborate with system integrators, carriers, and key enterprise clients to pilot and scale solutions.
- Maintain executive relationships and generate internal consensus.
- Launch & Execution
- Support global launch operations: enablement training, assets creation, GTM readiness, ongoing performance dashboards.
- Monitor KPIs and optimize based on data feedback loops.
- Governance & Reporting
- Use program tools and global processes for issue escalation, risk mitigation, and status reporting.
- Prepare executive updates and presentations for the Global Leadership team.
Qualifications
- 4+ years years of experience in management consulting in enterprise mobile, IoT, or IT service product launches.
- Experience at HQ level leading cross-region initiatives.
- Advanced English Level - Mandatory
- Proven track record of managing multiple regional launches or global rollouts.
- PMP, Scrum, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
