The Investment Banking group provides sector expertise and strategic advisory solutions, including mergers & acquisitions, capital raising and other strategic financings to corporate, financial service and public sector clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and analyze business and industry trends

• Build financial models, perform valuation analyses, and explore complex transactions across the full spectrum of Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)'s business and product capabilities

• Participate in client development, through working on live transactions and assisting in the generation of new ideas for clients

• Collaborate with and learn from teams of professionals across the organization

Qualifications:

• Fluent English and Portuguese.

• You are graduating until July 2026 or graduated on the last 2 years.
