L2C Process Support Specialist
Location: Nis
What are your main tasks?
- Support in redesigning our L2C processes
- Assisting the System Process Managers and the L2C teams in analysing, implementing and optimizing L2C processes within the organization
- Administrative and analytical support for daily operations
Focus on
- Technical implementation and introduction of productive RPA Bots and AI solutions in the L2C process
- Develop and optimize customized automation solutions tailored to the internal requirements, ensuring process alignment and interfaces
- Configuration, integration, and adaptation of RPA Bots, AI tools/models, and workflows
- Connection to existing systems (ERP), data sources, and processes
- Execution of tests, error analyses, and performance optimizations
- Responsible for the care, maintenance, and continuous improvement of existing workflows
Furthermore
- Support in executing mass data changes, managing data migrations, ensuring data quality and performing system test
- Assist in creating and maintaining training material to help teams understand and correctly follow L2C processes
- User training and user support
What are your qualifications?
Qualifications- Experience with Python, RPA Bots and AI tools (AI agents)
- First experience in low code desirable
- Knowledge of SAP ERP (SD, FI) and CRM process workflows
- Deep understanding of Lead-2-Cash processes, software architecture, IT security and cloud technology
- Strong organizational skills and solution-oriented way of working
- Receptive to change and continuous improvement
- Enjoys collaborative problem-solving and sharing experiences with team members
