Training Expert

What are your main tasks?
- At Grammer, we are driving digital transformation across our global operations. To support the successful adoption of digital solutions, we are looking for a Training Expert who will lead training design, knowledge transfer, and user enablement initiatives.
The role is open to candidates located outside Niš, offering a flexible hybrid work arrangement. If you are passionate about learning development, digital adoption, and working in an international environment, this opportunity is for you. - Your Responsibilities
Training & Knowledge Transfer- Design and deliver training programs (online and on-site) for end-users
- Develop interactive training modules and e-learning content
- Conduct workshops, webinars, and Q&A sessions
Training Documentation & E-Learning Development- Create user guides, FAQs, and training videos
- Develop and maintain e-learning courses (e.g., Cornerstone or similar platforms)
- Ensure training materials are aligned with system updates and business needs
Communication & Stakeholder Coordination- Collaborate with Business and IT teams to identify training requirements
- Gather user feedback to improve learning materials
- Support change management and drive user adoption
Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement- Ensure training materials meet quality standards and best practices
- Monitor training effectiveness and suggest improvements
- Introduce innovative learning methodologies
What are your qualifications?
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related field
- 3-5+ years of experience in operational process improvement or training within a multinational environment
- Strong background in instructional design and digital learning development
- Experience with SAP and/or MES systems is an advantage
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- PMP certification is a plus
