Job Specific Essential Duties & Responsibilities:


Data collection and analysis:

  • Collect data from multiple source systems
  • Improve data quality
  • Identify new data sources
  • Restructure data to a common format
  • Analyze collected data
  • Compare results with the KPIs of analyzed process
  • Identify variations and trends


Creation of reports / Presentation:

  • Agree with stakeholders on needed reports
  • Develop presentation possibilities which fit to the needs of the stakeholders
  • Generate and deliver reports to identified stakeholders
  • Strive after high degree of automation of the report creation process


Continuous improvement:

  • Analyze created reports critically and consult stakeholders with regards to provided reports
  • Review reports and recipients frequently, make sure all created reports are valuable and needed
  • Provide recommendations and solutions that take into account the nature of our

organization, the relationship we have with other Global Technology, and

our internal organization and culture

  • Identify room for improvements
  • Implement developments


Operational Duties:

  • Support IT Service Management organization in fulfilling their business goals
  • Represent ICT and act as a contact point for other ICT departments in business projects
