What the day will look like

  • Provide guidance and specialized knowledge to People Organization teams in the country to operationalize the administration and delivery of Human Resources, ensuring consistency and meeting local regulatory requirements when necessary.
  • Be responsible for developing and executing continuous improvement initiatives in the region to standardize processes, identify efficiencies, and drive the reach of global/regional operations.
  • Act as a point of contact for raising non-routine issues from managers and colleagues who need leadership input. Raise to Centers of Excellence (COEs) or People Business Partners (People BPs) as needed.
  • Be responsible for developing and implementing self-sufficiency initiatives for employees/managers in the region, including supporting the ongoing implementation of Workday functionality in collaboration with global IT.
  • Support the country's People Organization teams in maintaining compliance with HR policies, local labor laws, and regulations.
  • Implement and monitor service delivery standards and Agreements.
  • Collaborate with functional resources (IT, Global Centers of Excellence, People Business Partners, regional/national leaders, etc.).
  • Work in partnership with People Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and National Leaders to implement new delivery processes in the region and/or with the support of global/regional operations.
  • Act as a point of contact for feedback and input from regional and national Business Leaders on the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery nationwide.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
Advanced English;
Spanish preferred;
Previous experience with payroll and benefits processes;
Experience in shared services centers and/or consulting firms preferred;
Knowledge of WD is a plus.
