Position Summary

As a Project Manager, you’ll lead cross-functional initiatives from planning to completion. You’ll manage timelines, deliverables, and communications while ensuring projects meet quality standards and align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution

  • Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Keep leadership updated on project status, address concerns, and gather feedback regularly.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with best practices.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, or objectives, adjusting plans accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with leadership and other key individuals.
  • Oversee project closure activities, obtain final approvals, deliver outcomes, and conduct post-project evaluations or reviews.

Process Documentation

  • Work closely with leadership to grasp and document existing processes and procedures.
  • Craft clear, concise, and thorough standard operating procedures in written form.
  • Continuously explore opportunities for process enhancement and efficiency within the organization.

Must-have skills:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred.
  • 2 years of project management experience.
